Listing Available Material
Create effective listings to connect with buyers
Creating a "Have Fill" Listing
A well-crafted listing helps you connect with the right buyers quickly:
What to Include
Material Type
Be specific about what you're offering:
Quantity
Specify the amount available in cubic yards or tons. If you have an ongoing supply, mention that it's a recurring source.
Location Details
Provide the address or general area. Include access information (hours, gate codes if applicable, truck access restrictions).
Pricing
Choose a pricing model:
- Free: Great for material you need removed quickly
- Per Unit: Price per cubic yard or ton
- Flat Rate: One price for the entire quantity
- Negotiable: Open to offers
Photos
Upload clear photos showing the material quality. Include wide shots showing quantity and close-ups for detail.
💡 Tip: Listings with 3+ photos get 5x more inquiries than those without images.
Optional: Testing & Certification
If your material has been environmentally tested, include the documentation:
- Soil analysis reports
- Environmental clearance certificates
- Phase I or II assessments if applicable
Certified "clean" material often commands higher prices and attracts more serious buyers.

Keep your listings up to date:
